About Us

Officially founded mid 2026 but I have been freeze drying for over five years. I got into freeze dying initially because of candy. I found it a fun and exciting new way to eat candies that I had enjoyed for years. And I was busy. I enjoyed the boom for a while before but it didn't take long before the work felt hollow. I wasn't improving anyone's life in any way and if they did buy a lot from me I was just selling them sugar. I didn't like how that made me feel. Eventually I got burnt out and allowed it fade into obscurity.

In 2025 I started getting more and more health conscious...specifically all of the things that go into our foods that have no real business being there. Baffled by all these additives I started buying more and more "fresh" and less processed versions of food. In my quest for a healthy lifestyle I found myself busy with life and before I knew it my fresh produce was wasting away in my fridge.

I had always wanted to do more with my freeze dryer and I took this opportunity to do more. I started freezing vegetables and fruits and before I knew it I had expanded into other ideas and concepts all based on long shelf life with no artificial add ins; thus Fundamental Elements was born. 

Now still early in my journey I plan to continue to improve recipes and grow out the library of items that we currently offer. But I prefer quality over a quick cash in so each product spends its time in development; ensuring it's a product I am proud of to bear my company name. Thank you for stopping by!
