Shipping policy

Once an order is received you will receive a confirmation email. We attempt to ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. If there is a known delay on our end we will contact you beforehand. Please allow up to 48 hours after your order before requesting an update on your order.

When you receive your order please open it and verify its contents. Each bag should be properly sealed and have a "bagged" date. If you encounter something different than what's expected; please reach out to us immediately.

 If there is any issue with your order we will reach out to the provided number or email ASAP.

Currently we only ship to the Uniteds States. We ship from Horse Cave, KY at a calculated cost using usps ground advantage commercial unless specified otherwise. We currently only offer USPS services.
